The website riadbeldibymaha.com is published for Riad Beldi by MaHa, a guesthouse located in Aït Hmida, Souss-Massa, Morocco.
Riad Beldi by MaHa is the personal home of Catherine and Serge Mardoyan. They occasionally welcome guests and rent two to three rooms in their private residence.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare Pages service. Website: cloudflare.com.
Unless otherwise stated, the texts, photos, videos, logos and graphic elements on this site belong to Riad Beldi by MaHa, Catherine and Serge Mardoyan, or are used with their authorisation. Any reproduction, publication or reuse is prohibited without prior written permission.
Photos added to the site are considered to have been provided or approved by the operators of Riad Beldi by MaHa. If an identifiable person wishes to request removal of an image concerning them, they may write to [email protected].
Free images used to illustrate destinations around the riad are credited in the relevant section, with their authors and Wikimedia Commons licences (CC BY, CC BY-SA or CC0 depending on the file).
Third-party brands mentioned on the site remain the property of their respective owners.
The site does not create user accounts and does not store booking enquiries in a public database. The contact form prepares an email in your mail client: data is sent only if you confirm the email from your own software or email service.
When you contact Riad Beldi by MaHa by email, WhatsApp or Instagram, you may provide your name, email address or phone number, preferred dates, number of guests, preferences and any information included in your message.
The information is used to answer enquiries, prepare bookings, organise stays or discuss retreats and activities. Processing is based on pre-contractual or contractual exchanges with the visitor and on the legitimate interest of Riad Beldi by MaHa in answering received requests.
Data is intended for the operators of Riad Beldi by MaHa and for the technical providers required depending on the channel used: email service, WhatsApp/Meta if you use WhatsApp or Instagram, and Cloudflare for website hosting. Data is retained for the time needed to handle the request, manage the stay and meet any administrative obligations.
Visitors covered by the GDPR may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability. To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. You may also contact the competent supervisory authority if you believe your rights are not respected.
The site does not use advertising cookies or analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Some third-party services may receive technical information, including your IP address, when their content is loaded: Cloudflare for hosting, Google Fonts for fonts, OpenStreetMap and unpkg/Leaflet for the map, YouTube when you intentionally play a video, and WhatsApp, Instagram or Booking.com when you click through to those services.
YouTube videos are embedded through youtube-nocookie.com and are loaded after an explicit visitor action where possible. Once a video is played, YouTube/Google may process data under its own policies.
The site contains links to external services. Riad Beldi by MaHa does not control these services and invites visitors to read their own privacy policies.
The accommodation service offered in Morocco is governed by Moroccan law. Any disputes shall fall under the competent courts of the Kingdom of Morocco, subject to any mandatory rules applicable to visitors concerned.
